Are all your products handmade?

Yes, all the products are handmade. The raw material is purchased and then painted according to your preference and choice of product.

How can I place an order ?

You can easily place an order either by contacting us on the given number or by sending us an email or you can just send us a message by filling our "get in touch" form in the "contact us" section of our site. You can also contact us through our social media platforms.
After you have placed the order, you will receive the order summary, payment details, all on your provided number or email id.

What payment methods can I use?

You can do your payments via bank account transfer, PAYTM, BHIM UPI, GooglePay.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should be, but still you are facing a problem, you can notify us on our email id or given phone number.

How can I change delivery address?

Once your order is confirmed after the payment, you will be requested to send your address details. In case you wish to change the delivery address, please notify us before the packing of your order.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. The charges will be mentioned to you in the order summary.

Can I cancel my order?

No cancellation policy. Since all the products are handmade, it is difficult to cancel the order once placed.

Do you have the product in stock?

All products which are shown on our site are available.

What is the return policy?

If the product received is damaged, only then will we except the return.

Can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking ID of the shipment once the parcel has been sent.
